Production
Please allow 7 to 14 business days on all products as they are MADE TO ORDER. Your order will ship AFTER the processing time. This does not include custom or bulk orders. Times may vary and will be communicated via electronic documentation of the estimated time of production. 

Shipping 
After the production processing time has been completed, your order will ship accordingly. You will receive a tracking number via email you have provided during your ordering process. 

Time On My Hands: Crafts & Services will not be responsible for you items if it lost, damage, stolen, delayed etc.  After it has been scanned by the delivery service.  We do not confirm mailing address. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensue the mailing address is accurate. Time On My Hands: Crafts & Services will not responsible for your item once it has been deemed delivered by the delivery service. No refunds or replacement will be given.
